Courthouse Butte in Sedona, Arizona is the scene of this winter image. The red rocks turn a translucent white with the addition of an orange filter. You rarely see snow images from Sedona because it hardly snow any appreciable amount and as soon as the sun comes out the snow melts and drops quickly.
